Three cities taught me three ways of doing business and three cultures of negotiation. East Tāmaki is where I have planted my flag: the community I have committed to working street by street.
Systems, data, and showing up
I came to real estate through a commerce degree in entrepreneurship, and I run my business the way it taught me to: on systems, on data, and on showing up every single day. I knock on doors most agents drive past. I log every conversation. When you ask me what your street is doing, the answer comes from this month's sales and from the people I spoke to on it last week.
In my clients' words
My clients tell the story better than I can. They describe me as someone who is reachable any time and any day, who answers questions fast, who puts first home buyers at ease, and who keeps supporting them well after settlement. They also tell me I close firmly when the moment comes. I take both as the highest compliments, because that is exactly the balance I work for.
Where you stand, always
You will always know where your campaign stands, what happens next, and why. Your bottom line stays confidential, first offers get tested, and if the evidence says something you would rather not hear, you will hear it from me kindly and early, while there is still time to act on it.
“A complete professional who is fast, friendly, approachable, respectful, knowledgeable and firm on negotiations.”
My promise on every campaign
