Only what you type in yourself. There is no advertising pixel on this site and nothing you do here is sold or passed to advertisers.
Your browser also requests fonts from Google Fonts to display this site, which means Google receives your IP address.
If you play Price It Right, the game keeps your best score and a short record of your last few games in your own browser, using browser storage rather than cookies. That record stays on your device, I cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing you do inside the game is linked to your name unless you fill in the form at the end yourself.
To reply to you, arrange the appointment you asked for, prepare an appraisal where you have requested one, and, if you joined the list or asked for a suburb update through the game, send you those updates. I do not use your details for any other purpose, and I do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.
That is the whole list. Nobody else receives your information unless you ask me to share it, or the law requires it.
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for as long as I may reasonably need them for the transaction and my record-keeping obligations as a licensee. Market update subscriptions, including a suburb update requested through the Price It Right game, are kept until you unsubscribe. The score and play record the game keeps in your own browser are not held by me at all and disappear when you clear your browser data. Ask me to delete your details and I will, except where I am legally required to retain a record.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, and ask me to delete it. Email angus.chan@raywhite.com and I will respond within 20 working days. There is no charge.
Every market update email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, whether you joined from the home page or asked for a suburb update at the end of the Price It Right game. One click and you are off the list for good. You can also just reply to any email and ask, or text me.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions travel encrypted to Netlify. No system is perfect, but your details are never published, posted or left anywhere public by me.
Tell me first and I will try to put it right. If you would rather go elsewhere, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or 0800 803 909. Concerns about my conduct as a licensed salesperson can go to the Real Estate Authority at rea.govt.nz or 0800 367 7322.
